LIMERICK PA – Home builder Neil Sukonik, a principal in the Sukonik Building Companies Ltd., and James Bladel, vice president of construction for the Brandolini Companies, were named Tuesday (July 20, 2010) by the Limerick (PA) Township Board of Supervisors to fill vacancies on the municipality’s Act 209 Traffic Impact Advisory Committee.
The committee makes recommendations on traffic impact fees to be paid by developers and builders to the township to help fund local highway improvements needed as a result of increased land use. In Limerick, according to township Manager Daniel Kerr, the committee consists of six members of its Planning Commission and five representatives of local businesses.
Sukonik’s company currently is developing a new home community in Limerick called Oak Creek, located on Oak Creek Drive off Neiffer Road. It also is the builder at Brookside Estates on North Keim Street in Lower Pottsgrove Township. Bladel’s company, Brandolini, is developer of the Limerick Crossing Shopping Center, West Ridge Pike, and also of Providence Town Center in Collegeville PA.
Commission members on the committee are Samuel Barilla, Marta S. Pecharo, James G. Reading, Anthony Giamo, Rick Moscariello, and John B. Seber.
